Adults are invited to continue their lifelong learning each Sunday morning, gathering in the social hall at 9:00am.

Sunday, September 17th, 9:00am -- Adult Forum Fall Kick-Off: Grace Alone, an adult confirmation series for those who never "did" confirmation, forgot what they learned as youth, didn't pay attention the first time around, or just want a refresher on Lutheran catechism and confessions. Sunday, 12/04:  From Generation to Generation, God Meets Us in Our Fear - None of us likes to think about what kind of medical care we might need at the end of our lives, or following an accident or some other unforeseen event. But, one of the best gifts we can give our families and loved ones is to make our wishes known - in terms of the kind of care we do (or don't) want to receive and who we would want to make medical decisions for us if we're not able to make our own. Come and learn about Living Wills and naming healthcare proxies. Pastor Grant share from a hospital chaplain's perspective and Dr. Leah Anderson will share from a doctor's perspective.  Adult Forum 12/04

Small Groups and Bible Studies
Contact the church office for Small Group information.

Prayer Ministry. Tuesdays, 9:00-10:15am.  Come and pray - knitting/crocheting not required (CtK Library) 

Daily Discipleship Bible Studies. There are two small groups meeting weekly (Tuesdays at 12:00pm, and Thursdays at 11:30am) using the ELCA's Daily Discipleship Bible Study (following the Sunday Gospel texts). For more information about these groups, contact Tuesday group leader: Ben von Ullrich; or Thursday group leader: Barb Nolan.

Men's Book Group. Meets every Tuesday from 12:00-1:00pm in the social hall. Books are the topic of discussion and change regularly. For more information contact Bill Ranard.

Women's Book Group. Meets every Thursday (beginning 10/5) from 1:00-2:00pm in the nursery or library (TBA). Books are the topic of discussion and change regularly. For more information contact Renee Schon.

EAT (Young Adult Spiritual Formation). This small group meets every other Thursday, 7:00pm, at the home of JP and Mary Alice Carlson, for food and conversation. For more information contact Mary Alice Carlson.

High School Bible Study. Digging Deeper with Pr. Lindean. Digging Deeper will meet again in the fall (times and dates to be announced). All high school youth are welcome! Questions? Contact Pr. Lindean.

Saturday Bible Studies:
Men's Small Group meets every Saturday at 7:00am, Mukai Coffeehouse (formerly Cold Smoke off Oak Street). No longer offering a Zoom meeting. Contact Pr. Grant for more info.
Women's Small Group meets every Saturday at 7:30am, at Café M in Belgrade. For more information contact Tina Sheppard.

New Group(s) for the Fall
Interested in connecting with others and continuing your faith formation, but finding that the groups listed above don't fit your interest or schedule? Contact Pr. Lindean and perhaps help launch a new group!

The following groups meet regularly during the school year:

Monthly WELCA/Gather Bible Study.  Third Monday of the month, 1:15-3:30pm (CtK Social Hall) Come for coffee, dessert and study. 

CtK Quilters. Thursdays, 9:30am-12:00pm (Upper Room) All skill levels are welcome. (Resumes 10/5)

LCM Campus Ministry.  8:00pm Wednesdays.  All MSU students are invited to gather for dessert and conversation at Christus Collegium (714 S 8th Ave) 

MSU Faculty and Staff Study.  Thursdays, 3:00pm, contact Kristin Harney. Resumes this fall
